Contract Issue/Customer Service - Time Warner Business Class

Contracted with TWC Business Class for internet/phone service following quote to replace AT&T because of cost savings. Following installation found out that static IP not included in quote so could not print to network printer. When calling TWC was advised that have to add service @ cost of $10/month, complained about cost and asked that that be waived for duration of contract as it should have been included in original quote, but went ahead and approved addition in order to facilitate the static IP procurement so we could print. Static IP was not provided/functional for an additional 2 weeks. During that time called multiple people to complain of lack of static IP, quote disparity and ask out of contract since original quote was incorrect. None of the many people that I have talked to or left messages for have shown any initiative to address these issues. They advise me to call a different number, different person or just do not respond at all and hope that we will just shut up and go away. After eight weeks of getting the run around, I filed a BBB complaint but am now getting the run around from my "customer advocate." I am willing to go away quietly, if they will just void our contract which I feel is completely fair considering the original quote did not duplicate the service we were replacing as it was supposed to. I would not recommend TWC to someone that I didn't like!
