When I attempt to log in, the site claims my password does not work. I navigate to the help button for people who have forgotten their passwords, and I enter my information: account name, last four digits of my SSN, and my date of birth.
The site then tells me that this information does not match what is in their records. My account name is on the email that GE Money sent to remind me that my payment is due. My SSN and date of birth have been exactly the same forever. How does this information not match up with their records?
Oddly enough, I am able to change my security questions using this information, but I am not able to log in. The site suggests contacting customer service online, and I can do that only when logged in.
I'm not really able to make my payment over the phone. I am deaf, and for me to call somebody on a voice phone, I need to go through a third-party relay service. It is cumbersome, and businesses often hang up or refuse to accept relay calls. I make nearly all my payments online, and CareCredit/GE Money is the only company with which I have had difficulty.
This is ridiculous. AlI I want to do is give you my money in a timely manner.
