I have tried to make monthly payments via internet for three (3) months. Every time I try to logon I receive a message that the information I entered was not correct (i.E., last 4 digits of SSN and DOB) and then other times I don't receive this message but a different one that the website is down. This is within a minute or two of the previous attempt to logon. I don't pay my bills any other way than via internet so I cannot pay by check. What is wrong with Care Credit's website? This is ongoing for 3 months.
