This matter begain on the december 23 i called direct tv and asked them for two dvr's for two room, instead i got standard boxes in two rooms, and my name was not what it was suppose it was a Patience Roberts that is not my name it took me 11 months to get them to put correct name on my bills as well on the direct tv system it's self, i was told by a police friend that you might be able to help me with this matter, direct tv keeps calling me now, and they informed me for 650.00 they will clear my name and rstor my service. My bill each month was suppose to be only 29.95 a month intead i never seen a bill under 70.00 a month as far as the date at top of this it would not let me change it to correct date. I have all my bills from december 23 to prove what im saying is a fact, can you help me please?
