Ordered the X5 mop "as seen on TV". Arrived on 10/27 and after 15 minutes use it stopped steaming and would not work again. I immediately emailed the company and informed them of this and that I would be returning this faulty product for a refund. Since then have sent lots of e mails, had one back asking for proof of postage which I supplied-since then despite at least a dozen emails I have had no response. Do not use this company
