They use basic lead information to get you to 'feel' like it's a loan process.
Whatever they charge - it's not a loan - they will call for days on end.
They asked me for my soc sec number - I asked if they had it already - they said yes it was just for verification.
I then gave them the wrong soc # - I heard him react to the info being wrong by asking someone something - then he said it was correct and to please go ahead with giving my bank info.
Meaning - Please if they are someone from India with vague dialog that is a script to lead to bank info without defining terms - it's a scam.
