This company is a total scam. When I tried to phone to cancel originally I was told they were located in the Philipines. When I received another unauthorized shipment, I called for 5 days straight and the customer service number was never answered at all. I assured myself that the matter was over and my bank was working to get my money back for me. I received another shipment and charge the next month. I phoned and spoke to a rep that said I couldn't cancel because the product membership had started over 30 days ago and it was too late to stop. When I said I wanted to cancel the membership, I was disconnected. They did give me the owner's name: Jeffrey Lakes in Chandler, AZ, who's information is online and is public record.
