I was looking at my account the day that this came up. I then contacted my bank and was told to call them. After several attempts I was able to get a person (of course didn't believe a word they said) Was told that I had authorized their service. Which I had not. It was to find me a loan. Was told they would take me off their service. Then asked if I would get my money back? Was told "Oh you want your money back"? Said would be refunded. No money. Am disputing now. They are from another country, ripping us off. Looking for a legal action to be taken.
