I ordered a Canada goose jacket that was suppose to be authentic. The site was WintersParkas.com. Thinking this was a legitimate company. It took 7 days to arrive to me to only find out that the jacket was the wrong size and that it had come from China
When I tried to get in touch with them there was no phone contact and was not receiving back responds to my e-mails.
I wanted to make arrangements to have the jacket returned for a full refund to my credit card. I find out that the charge for the coat was not through this WinterParkas site it was to this Wonfortune Ltd in China. Either way I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. I am stuck with a coat that doesn't fit and not getting any response from them on how to get my refund. Very upsetting this has become for me. I want others to be very wary about buying online. It has been unfortunately a costly lesson!
