On aug 26th i set up a direct tv contract thru a vender located in the walmart store next to the phone's i was informed i need to provide a 250 deposit. After this was done i was given a date where my service would be hooked up almost two years later i had a issue with direc tv over charging me $38.00 on a bill i then aske about my depoist and when i would be getting this back i was then informed they do not show i ever gave them a deposit and then was told i needed to contact walmart regarding this information. I contacted my creidt card company and asked for them to send me a statment from 8 and then contacted walmart and spoke to laura brown who informed me they do not keep any records of there venders. All a vender needs is a pice of paper saying that they are to be there and that she needed to put me on hold so she could get me the corparte phone number. After 42 minutes on hold a diffrent person picked up the phone to see if i needed help again i informed them of what happened and how iv been waiting for a phone number she then stated she would look in to this and call me back...
