Complaint / review text:
I placed an order Jan 6 the amount was debited from my boyfriends account the following day. It's been almost 1 month since I placed the order and yet I've received no update.
Noted in delivery T&Cs they say delivery time can take up to 14 working days so I didn't chase straight away. Emailed 17,18, 24,29 January and received no response. I left a voicemail 21 Jan leaving my contact number but again no response, I then call again today 1 Feb to hear their mailbox is now full, that figures!
I've been pretty patient giving them the benefit of the doubt knowing that the item could be shipped in from the US and therefore take longer to arrive. The product was a gift from my boyfriend for my birthday I'm pretty upset: (and he's furious.
