Placed the order 1/3. Received email confirmation of the order immediately. Funds were deducted from my bank account. 18 days later I tried to phone for follow up - voicemail full (always full) - emails to [email protected] and [email protected] not responded to. 28 days and 0 contact. Fed Ex Ground was the shipping option and no tracking information has appeared.
