My complaint is the same... Sent for a sample and then I found a $97.88 charge on my account but no product has been received (nor was it ordered!) I called to clear this up, and somewhere during my questioning the customer service person hung up on me. My bank is reversing the charge and will deal with it. Amazon.com is selling this stuff and I sent them an email about my experience. Maybe they will decide they don't want to have such a crooked company on their website.
This is clearly fraud. Why hasn't anything been done about it?
