This is an update from my initial complaint. I spoke with Venois at the Drivetime dealership today during my lunch. She stated that she gave my rate buy down information to Stephanie in the new loan department. She was able to get Stephanie on the phone but... Wait for it... Lo and behold, Stephanie told me she did not have that information or was not authorized to give that out. So, just over a month of having this car from Drivetime and numerous calls later, I still do not have an answer as to how much money I have to put down to get my monthly car payments as close to $200 a month as possible.
I am scared that I am going to be stuck with a huge car payment that I cannot feasibly afford @ $400.00 a month!
