Uy.com has free shipping listed on several items in their website. When the items are ordered, it isn't clear whether the shipping will be deducted; so I depended on the confirmation email that shows -0- shipping charges. Great UNTIL the credit card is charged #40 in shipping. I contacted Doug Pearce at buy.com; Mr. Pearce didn't feel that I should have been charged shipping BUT he still has not credited the charges. There is a 14 day return policy and I'm on day 13. I've wasted two weeks on this purchase and still don't have the items or resolution. Stay away from buy.com
