I authorized a $2.97 charge (to cover shipping) to my credit card for a "free' sample of their cream. They subsequently charged my credit card $89.99 - they say because I did not cancel within 14 days of the original order — which was NOT stated when I placed the original sample order.By the time I got my credit card bill, yet another charge, this time for $94.94, had appeared on my credit card.By phone call to their customer service (no response to my e-mail to them) they said they would credit the second charge if I wanted to return the product, but they would not credit the original $89.99 charge and threatened legal action if I tried to dispute the charge!
