This company is unbelievable!!! I sent away for a free sample of their product and paid $5.95 for the shipping which seemed fair. The only reason they make you pay for shipping is so they can get your credit card information.
10 days after I received my sample, I received an unauthorized charge for $90 on my checkcard. Now, I don't have access to my money and I called immediately upon seeing the charge to have it removed and they tell me that the order is in the warehouse ready to be shipped and they have no way to cancel it, so I have to wait until I receive the order, then return it to them at my expense and THEN and only THEN will they return my money to me!!! I don't think so.
If this happens to you, call your bank and you should be able to fill out a form and send it back to them and your money will be returned the same day.
They also charge your card on a Friday evening so you will not be able to call them as they are closed on weekends to stop the order from shipping!!! What a RIPOFF. Chella, you should be ashamed!!!
