I am on S.S. I had a friend access my account to get my balance. First of all I get a notice on their site, and I quote "We're sorry there is a problem with your account." It then gives a customer service number to call. Also, there is no listing AT ALL for the local branch near me. So I call and find out there is a. 50 fee to connect. I agree because I have no other options. There is no way to contact them through the sign-in link, it just gives you the customer service number AGAIN. So I get a customer service Rep. Who tells me they are having a problem with THEIR OWN site, and to call back in 1 hour. Another. 50 for THEM. I did not call back. I waited untill this afternoon to try to access my account again. THIS time, there is a notice that says the problem is on MY FRIEND'S side involving their security level on the computer. (Inappropriate Content Removed) My friend has not changed anything on the computer AT ALL since the last time we logged in to their site and friend is very good with computers. How very nice of Netspend a.K.A. Ace Elite to BLAME THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS and collect $ hand over fist from their little "customer service" scam.
