The company operates under the alias of Corporate Travel in Cancun, Mexico. They solicit through faxes to your office or home and normally address "all employees" and operate from the From category as your "HR" department. The company will guide you through a phone process explaining the 5 star all inclusive resorts available and then allow you to see the website mentioned in this complaint. Once paid, you will electronically sign an email confirming your purchase and receive a confirmation number with a reservation phone number. If you are connected with an agent you will be guided to another person who is your, "personal representative" i.E. "Kelly". She will explain that:
a. Only Cancun is available and the other destinations will come later.
B. If you booked and have another couple to travel with, (two separate contracts) you cannot get more than two rooms regardless if they have adult kids travelling with them.
C. There are NO refunds once you realize you are locked to Cancun and only a select few and not
ALL 5 star.
If you contact the first number they will ask if you have bought a package and then when you say, "yes" they will get a person, i.E. "Josh" who will advise you that the other destinations are not that great and have a reason for you not to go to except he will really highlight his Cancun destinations.
There are addtional fees associated with the price on the flyer like taxes and gratuities and the peak season fee which can be as high as $200 from what I have been told.
