I ordered an upper arch veneer on December 14.
Like a week later I got the gums to make the impressions. Sent them.
After more than 40 days I called last week they said that "general manager" will call me back. Never did.
I won't bother you with the whole story but they don't even know how to lie properly on the phone, nevertheless, it seems this people has been ripping off customers now for a long time. And the moment you try to straight things up with them they become really rude.
As I payed with my debit card instead of a credit card, it is my bank the one who protect me, and before is too late I filed a complain right away so my bank is giving me credit for the total amount for the next 28 days during witch they will investigate and hopefully my nightmare will be over.
They won't need to go to far on line to find hundreds of complains like this from the customers ripped off by this people, but I can't believe that they can still be in business and no federal agency is stopping their fraudulent activities.
I have been searching on line and they have at least 4 websites with different names and exactly the same content.
People who has been ripped off by them should get together at least on line and file a huge complain with all Texas commerce bureaus, because this seriously affects the image of the whole state of Texas
