On December 29, I submitted the original UPC Code, original receipt, and a completed form to Haier - Offer #31937, PO Box 6099-135, Douglas, AZ 85655-6099.
As of today, January 28, I received a notice from Haier who claims that they cannot honor my request due to not submitting the original UPC symbol/proof-of-purchase as required.
I am shocked and appalled that they would scam me out of $10.00. I would not have purchased the item in the first place if the store - hhgregg had not invited me to take advantage of the $10.00 rebate.
