Sebastian Alverius leased me an apartment on Craigslist. I found out it was an illegal sublease and a government owned / leased building. Everyone in here is here through an agency. He refuses to return my deposit. He continues to harass me and threaten to change my locks when I told him I was going to expose the information I found out about him. I have a LEGAL LEASE WITH HIM AND A PAPER TRAIL OF ALL RENT PAYMENTS! For the last 4 months he has made my life hell. He is a Sociopath who thinks he has done nothing wrong. I lost my job due to all the stress and having to leave work early to make sure I wasn't locked out of my apartment. He signed a lease with another gal WHILE I was still living in the apartment and took $1,700 from her too!!! This man is a crook! Try's to talk a good game but DO NOT TRUST HIM!!! Please do not lease with this man or give him a cent!!!
