The week before Thanksgiving, on friday, November 14 at approximately 4PM, I accompanied my 94 year old mother in law to purchase a folding bed. The owner and only person present was paid $96.00 cash. He told us he would have the folding bed delivered that evening and would not charge her a delivery fee since she had paid cash. He also stated he would call her before he arrived. We called more than a dozen times times and phone did not allow for any messages. We visited the store before the Christmas holidays and he stated his son had been accident and he had to go out of town but that he would deliver the bed the following saturday, December 8. She received a call one saturday saying they would be delivering her bed, however no bed has been delivered to date. Finally, we have called several times and visited the store on several occasions and found the store with a padlock and the telephone disconnected. Please help us to undue this wrong. Thank you.
