Cybercrime@fbi. Gov locked up my computer, threaqtened $200 fine & imprisonment. Need to know how to unlock and how to get rid of virus. Threats say money must be paid by money pak in 72 hrs or face other criminal charges. I have not done any of the things charged and need to get my computer back up
