My computer ip: (Personal Information Removed) has been blocked untill I pay a 200$ fine for some kind of cyber crime attempt. I am not going to pay for something I havent done... Can you help. I only have this address... Cybercrime@fbi. Gov. Is this some kind of scam??? I want my computer unblocked... Ron bennett
