On 1/14, we lost phone service. We have no cell service at our house so we called it in on the following day when we went to town where there is service. We've talked to numerous phone service people since then and they always say that we're on for a repairman either that day or the next but one never shows up. If we didn't pay our bill in a timely fashion, they'd see it as not holding to our end of the contract and they'd cut our service off; and rightly so. Well we've held up on end of the contract, why aren't they holding up theirs? Their lying about a repairman coming makes matters twice as bad, esp since we're elderly and both have health concerns. HOW do you make a company do their job???
