I have always found this company avoiding to own up the responsibility and give information in advance or as it happens of possible outage or loss of viewing pleasure of channels.
After my last renewal in April USD$ 219.99, I had several outages and ultimately in this month early June all the streaming program channels such as Zee 24 Taas, Zee Marathi, Saam TV, all of my 5 channels, stopped working. What is this company up to? Secondly since last one year most of the programming time was occupied by commercial advertisements. There was insistence that Bolly movies like channels where there is no live program but where only DVDs are played should be subscribed to. Under coercion, last year I was asked to accept other channels in place of SONY. Why there is no regulator or overseeing consumer body for such entertainment distributors?
