On 01/26 I received a W-2 for 2012 showing I earned 694.50 of which 38.59 was deducted for Federal income tax, 29.17 for SSI, 10.07 for Medicare, and 2.42 for State income tax. I have never worked for this company. I have never even heard of this company. What should I do?
