I called Gateway because my computer showed a blank white page. It sounded like I was talking from someone from India. I asked to speak to a US representative and they said they were all connnected. I was quoted a one time fix for $19.99 and got an alert from my charge company for a charge of $99.99 which I immediatly put on hold. I thought I was talking to a rep from gateway, evidently not!!!
