I noticed money was taken out of my account by an unknown company, so I called the number on my bank statement. When trying to locate my "account" with the company, the only information they had was my debit card. The customer service guy told me that the account was set up, but the service was never used. He told me he would delete the account and I would get my money back. I still haven't seen the money and it's been about six months.
