I signed a contract for deed with CIG Realty for them to purchase a property. Being sold at auction. Contract clearly states a 15 day refund policy if for any reason they do not purchase the property. I wired them a $5000 deposit, however the auction was cancelled and I requested a refund of my money. CIG Realty has refused to refund my money, and from what I am seeing online the same thing is happening to many other people. They scammed me out of $5000 and I want my money back.
