They called on the phone in December and promised me a gift card for a survey, and later got a message on my computer asking for my credit card which they said was denied and couldn't take so I let it go. Then in Dec a. 16 cents was taken out of my account and I thought it was for my cancellation, so therefore I ignored it, then I just checked my account on line and found another 16 cents plus a 19.99 0n Jan. 22 2013. I called and they have promised to return the money to my account so not to change my card? #649748 confirmation number? I'm scared they will clean me out?
