I ordered a trial of the Bella Genix serum and Veloura cream at $4.95 USD for each product. I was sent the serum but have never been sent the cream and now I have been charged x2 $95.95 $199.90 that has been taken stolen from my credit card that I did not authorise. I tried to email the company the email they gave me does not exist. Had to take drastic action bank has cancelled my credit card to stop this fraud and any further money being stolen. It is now being investigated as a fraud case as they have stolen from me and many more people and there product is being falsely advertised the claims are fraud.
