I was seaching the internet and my computer became locked and said that I had violated some on-line law. I am not tech smart, I don't know what I did. If I did do something wrong, please tell me what I did, so I don't do it again. If this if found to be a mistake, please return my $ 200.00. I see that another complaint has been made about this, happening around the same time it happened to my computer.
