I was searching the internet and received an offer to buy men watch for S/H fee of $5.99. I paid the fee and got the watch a few days later. 13 days later the MNC Watches charged my banking account for additional $98.00. I want the refund. I contacted already BBB. They have many complaints for these practices. They scammed the people.
