An agent named chauncy from vision srcurity came to my home and told me and my wife that our contract with vector securty was up and that we were up for an up grade to wireless security. He had me to sign a letter of cancellation for vector and a contract with vision. After contacting vector in september i found out that i was paying two security companiesfor the same service. I contacte vision and was told to get a statement of payout from vector and send it to them and that they would tske care of it. I faxed it to them 10/08. Vector contacted me 01/04 and said that it still was not resolved and that i owe them the $357.24 to settle the mater. I contacted vision and now they are telling me that they are noy going to pay the payout. With a company that does bussiness like this I want to return to vector and be released from vision and monetary damages should cover the replacement of equipmen they removed and the dooble monthly bills that i had to pay for the services to two companies
