I have called over five time asking if they can mail out a new reciever because ours is old and dont work but the only they do is tell you to push bottons and it still dont work, but the last time I called I ask for a superviser thinking i would get the help I need will no luck they put me over to two people and last person hanged up, I was so upset I just gave up. I am searching for another service provider.
