I booked a reservation, non refundable, for a Spring Break vacation in April for my daughter and her family. I once was a TWA reservationist in NYC and knew what I was booking. When I got my Discover Card Bill, they had charged me twice the amount agreed upon. I disputed the bill and The Hilton refunded the amount. A few weeks later, my son-in-law booked his family into two rooms at the Hampton Inn in Naples and the same thing happened to him. I would like you to investigate both hotels way of conducting business.
