Top of their sign clearly states CASH LOANS TEXAS TITLES. After completeing paperwork for a $1000 loan I was presented with a Check for $1000 drawn on Bank of America in Watauga. I was told to go to bank and they would cash it. After being asked if I had an account I stated that I do not, the teller then said they would have to charge me 2% fee in order to cash the check and this was the arrangement they had with Lone Star Title loans. So, I never did get a cash loan, nor was it for $1000 which was in the agreement. I have paid $1202.00 in cash monthly payments for a $980.00 loan. To this day I am still waiting on my Title to be returned to me.
