I recieved a letter stating i had w on 3,000, 000.00 dollars and needed to send 11.89 to release the hold and something about recieving a card i assume it was some type of atm ok r visa card with the funds on it, instead it was a scam and they are the ones getting millions by scanning low income people like me out of thier money...
