Sweepstake Scams - I paid 20 dollars and they keep sending the same paper work

I recieved papers from Prize information Bureau (PIB) it also has another name Award Notification Bureau. They asked me to send 20.00 and I will revieve over $2,875, 432.00 I thought it was true but I kept recieving the same paperwork.
