On Dec 21 I placed a order for One (1) forever Comfy Cushion, the cost for One (1) was $19.95 plus $9.95 P&H for a total of $29.90. I also ordered a second free cushion for just the P&H cost of $9.95. After placing my order on the Forever Comfy website, I was continueously asked if I wanted other special offers as I tried to complete my order and checkout. Each time I declined the offers. After the last special offer was declined, I immediately received a'Order Completed' message with no subtotal amount summary, just the 'Order Completed' message!
When I recieved the conformation for my order it was for two (2) cushions for a total of $79.70! I call their Customer Service at once but was told to call back because it takes 24-48 hours for it to show up in their system. I called back the next day and for 3 more days the message said they were closed for the holiday! Even going to their web site was useless. There was no way to correct this problem. I finally got threw to them on Dec. 26 8:00am. Spoke to someone named Michael, I told him I wanted to Cancel my order completely!"He said it was too late, it was already mailed. When it arrives just refuse it, they'll send it back and I'll get a full refund. I said"if I'm not home they won't just leave it will they? I work during the day. He said no, I have to sign for it, they'll return it to the post office and I just have to refuse it from there. I said OK I'll do that. On Tuesday January 8th it was on my door step! I call the post office, was told just to rite REFUSED on it and leave it for the mail man to pic up tomarrrow. I did this but have not heard anything from the company or been refunded my money as of January 19. I did a try to cancel the order IMMEDIATELY after the order was placed. I can't believe they get away with doing this to people. They give you such a run around, you send the item back and now I'll have to dispute the Credit Card charges. I wouldn't deal with this Merchant. This is unexceptable!
