Received test trial stating all the charges would be for $ 5.49 covering shipping and handling. On personal credit card appeared an unauthorized charge for $ 99.95.
Case also states battery charger which was never received.
Company states on reverse of box that is publicly traded (OTCBB: VPCO).
Product MADE IN CHINA. When will be the day that this gov will excersise control allowing prohibiting cheap quality products from China and other similar nations while spending funds to US manufacturers thus reducing considerably unemployment.
