I am complaining about the tiny writing on the bottle, of what is in it and not to take if you have colitis, unfortunately i started taking it before i could read it. I couldn't even see it with my glasses, i had to get a magnifying glass. I had really bad diahreah and stomach cramps. It says online that you shouldn't take the senna extract for more than 10 days and these people are saying to use it for months. I am also shocked that Dr. Oz and Rachel Ray would promote this. It can cause dependency and liver problems, plus heart problems.
