I lost my cell phone. I called sprint to shut of my phone and cancel my service. They asked for my 6 to 10 diget pin no. Said i did not have a 6 to 10 no. I offered to give my account no. They said that was no good and they could not help me. I said i would not pay for any charges after loosing the phone. They said i could go to a sprint corporate store and show my id. The nearest store is 35 miles away and i have no way to get there. Iasked to talk to a supervisor. The woman said she was busy and would call me in 2 to 3 hours. She never called. This was the fifth time i called. I as with sprint for 12 years and was never late paying a bill.in their recorded message they say if you lose your phone they could send you your pin. I asked if they could send my pin. They said no.
