Locomotive Engine Stops & Rests in Our Backyard for Hours. It's going on regularly around our neighbourhood. To day it is there since early in the Morning (4:00 AM). It's hard to sleep, work, or study - Idle engine make hissing noise almost every other minutes. We live is Kensington Neighbourhood, Bear, DE 19701. Please do something for it.
