I signed up to use the "trial" period and then contacted DateFaithful 2 days into the trial to cancel the service. However, after reviewing my bill over the course of the last 90 days, I noticed that my checking account had two charges of $99 each deducted in November and January.
I contacted DateFaithful the day after the last charge and informed Breanna that I never even used the service and that I wanted a refund. She said she had no record of me calling to end the "trial" period.
I asked her to cancel my subscription, to remove my profile and to send me confirmation that she had done so, but no response.
This site is a sham. The "women" who emailed me used canned subject tags and over the course of 2 days, I received images of the same "women" using different screen names, or aliases.
I've never been scammed before, so this is new to me, but I hope that many others can learn from my mistake. Avoid this scam, as DateFaithful is operating under shady business principles!
