I agreed to a 3 day trial charge for $ 1.99 covering unlimited access I then contacted them prior to their deadline, to advise them to cancel the account and make no further deductions from my Visa card. I received my Visa billing today and note they did charge my
card for $100. I called them today (609-373-2455) and talked with Estavan who advised me they had no indication that I had requested a cancellation. Unfortunately it is my word against theirs but I absolutely am positive I spoke to someone before the deadline and did cancel further service which they assured me was done. Unfortunately on that call I didn't ask that person their name. Anyway I would never have agreed to a ridiculous arrangement whereby I would allow anyone to bill me for
$ 99. Every 45 days.
