I seen Rachel Ray's endorsement for ExcelaTrim and when I clicked on the link from her site it took me straight to the order screen for this product. No where did it ever specify how much additional products would be. I never even opened the trial bottle and now the CSR is telling me he can only give me back $39.70 of the $80.20 for the next bottle of product that hasn't even been sent! Ridiculous! What a scam, can't believe Rachel Ray is associated with this company.
