I order green coffee on Aug. 13th.. They sent it to wrong address so they resent it after it was returned to them.

Dec. 3rd. Agent Taylor and the supervisor asked me to fax my Visa stat. To Fax: 1855-853-1245. Faxed it on Dec. 4

Jan. 15 Sara (today)
The strange thing is that around Nov. 15th, somebody made a purchase for 39.95 using my visa #, but after I called Visa, they returned the money on my account.
Today, agent Sara promised to reimburse me the money but of course I don't believe it.
